Welcome Macie Lynn Bell!

Congratulations to Katie and Jake!
My little sister had her little girl yesterday alittle after 8:00 pm.
My mom called me about 10:30 am telling me that Katie was cramping really bad and wasn't sure if she should take her to the hospital or not. Jake took some of my brothers skiing and they had just started skiing, so Katie didn't want to go with out Jake there. I told Katie to start timing the contractions and I headed to my mom's house. We ended up taking her to the hospital about 11:30 and Jake meet us there. Katie was such a trooper. She had really hard labor pains for hours and when they gave her the epidural it only worked on some of her left side and when it came time to deliver didn't work at all. I felt so bad. It's hard seeing your little sister go through that. After alittle over and hour of pushing we heard Macie cry. What a Miracle!

McKenzie's First Sunshine Performance

McKenzie's First Sunshine Generation Performance
I have been meaning to post these pictures for a while, but I haven't had time. McKenzie has been practicing with her Sunshine group sense September for there Christmas performances. She loves to sing and perform in front of everyone, so we thought it would be fun for her to do this. She was very nervous, but she went up there and did a great job. They all performed 3 different times and each time you could see that they had more confidence. Thank you to everyone that came and watched her perform, she loved seeing family in the audience.
The songs she sang were
I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas
Santa's bag of Toys
Jingle Bells and White Christmas

McKenzie with her cute cousin Aspen. She was so excited that Aspen came to see her sing.
