Brooklyn was one lucky girl and got to celebrate her birthday twice last week. We celebrated her birthday on the 3rd and 7th. With Ryan out of town we waited to have her big party on the weekend. On the 3rd we went to lunch and shopping with Grandma Hansen. We had lunch at Cafe Rio and The Sweet Tooth Fairy for some yummy cupcakes. We then headed over to Toy's R Us so Grandma could take Brooklyn birthday shopping. After Toy's R Us we went to Old Navy to get a cute birthday outfit for her party. We had a fun day hanging out with Grandma. Later that night Grandma and Grandpa Cook came over and gave her some birthday presents. On Saturday we had both families over for Brooklyn's party. We did cake and presents at our house and then headed to Boondocks for bowling and fun. The kids had a blast bowling and playing arcade games, they could have stayed all day. After all that fun we were all hungry, so we headed over to Red Robin for some yummy dinner.
Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated Brooklyn's birthday with us.

Check out those yummy cupcakes. Stawberry Shortcake and Cookies and Cream.
It's finally the party day. Brooklyn wanted flower cupcakes, so I made 4 dozen chocolate flower suckers for her to decorate her cupcakes with. They turned out very cute and yummy.
Some of the gang waiting for the party to get started.
Brooklyn has wanted this Tangled Barbie for months, so she was really excited to finally get it.
McKenzie got Brooklyn a cake and ice cream play dough maker. I think McKenzie was just as excited as Brooklyn to play with it. They spent hours on Sunday playing with it.
We gave Brooklyn a Daisy Razor Scooter for her birthday. She loves it. She has been riding it all over the house for days. If she could sleep with it I think she would.
Time for Cake! Make a wish!
Time to Bowl. Grandpa Cook was the only one from Ryan's family to come, because everyone else was out of town. We were so happy he could join us.

The kiddos after Bowling. What a cute bunch. It's so fun being home with all the cousins.
Lainee was so excited to ride on the horses. I think she could have rode on them all day.
Let the games begin. The kids and adults had tons of fun playing all the arcade games.
The girls ended up with over 600 tickets.
