Last Monday we went with our friends to Giant Springs to go sledding. The temperature was supposed to be about 20, but ended up being -15 instead. The kids were so excited about going we just couldn't tell them no, so we decided to attempt going if only for a few minutes. They did really good they lasted a 1/2 hour. McKenzie loved it and was laughing and smiling the whole time, or maybe her little smile was just frozen. Brooklyn had fun too, but her little toes got cold and so by the end she was crying. We all still had fun regardless to our freezing toes and fingers.
All the girls enjoying a free ride from Tim.

Brooklyn on her way down the hill. All smiles.

This was McKenzie the whole time. She said that she had tons of fun.

Daddy and Boo

I snuck off to go and take some pictures of the springs and waterfall and found this cool tree. The water coming out of the spring was warmer than the air, so as the mist came off the water it froze to everything around it. It was so beautiful.

As I was taking pictures of the spring I could hear tons of geese next to the shore and ventured over to the water. There was hundreds of geese hugging the shore line. At times you couldn't even see them because of all the mist.

This was just one little glimps of all the geese on the river.

Gotta Love Montana in the Winter.
