4th of July Celebrations!

We started our 4th of July celebrations on the 3rd at the Ferguson's annual BBQ.  Every year they have a big BBQ and light off firework tanks.  It was a little cool that day and decided to rain while we were all eating, but we made the best of it and it didn't rain for long.  The kids had fun jumping on the tramp with the Emma, Kaylee and Kayla.  There were only a few family's with kids, because they didn't want a lot of kids there when they set off the firework tanks.  When it was time we took all the kids inside to watch from the windows.  It was pretty funny watching everyone outside scrabble as the fireworks flew everywhere.  I was very glad that we watched from inside the house.  After they were done with the tanks we headed home to change the kids into their PJ's and then back to the Ferguson's for more fireworks.  It was fun this year watching fireworks, because in Utah all fireworks that leave the ground are illegal, but not in Montana.  They had some pretty crazy fireworks that went off right above our heads. The kids had their hands over their ears the whole time.  We had a great time.  On Sunday after church we went with the Giesers down town to watch the Great Falls Parade.  The girls had a great time collecting candy, Popsicles and pop that they were handing out to the crowd.  After the parade we headed over to the Pfiles for a BBQ and games.  After a yummy dinner we headed up to flag hill to watch the city fireworks.  It was pretty cool, because we could see all the fireworks everyone through out the city was setting off.  Besides the wind we had a great time.

These are the cupcakes I made for the BBQ at the Ferguson's.  They turned out really yummy.

Brooklyn with her cute little banged up face.  She feel a few days before the 4th, it was pretty yucky.  We thought she was going to loose a few teeth, but she seems to be okay.
